Castleton Group Announces Smart Real Estate Brown Bag Series
Local Professional Employer Organization Joins With American Home Mortgage
To Provide Real Estate Seminar On December 6

RALEIGH, N.C. – Suzanne Clifton, President of The Castleton Group, has announced that the firm, in partnership with American Home Mortgage, will hold a Smart Real Estate Brown Bag Series on Tuesday, Dec. 6 from noon to 1 p.m. at the Castleton Group Training & Conference Center at 4101 Lake Boone Trail, Suite 219. The interactive seminar topic is “Should I be a Real Estate Investor” and will teach factors that contribute to successful investing in the Raleigh-Durham real estate market. The real estate series will continue with two future seminars – “How to Finance Investment Real Estate Efficiently“ on Friday, Jan. 27 and “Leverage Tax Benefits of Investment Real Estate” on Tuesday, Feb. 28.
