Australian Software Developer Wins Long-Term Business with US Insurance Company

Melbourne, Australia – Yanisa, a data services company, today announced that it has been selected by Humphrey International Healthcare to build a multi-lingual customer data management system to connect its international agent network with its insurance partner and healthcare providers in Vietnam. Humphrey International Healthcare is a US-based health insurance company.

Humphrey International is launching a service that enables overseas Vietnamese to sponsor third-party health insurance for family members and others residing in Vietnam. Policy cardholders in Vietnam will have access to inpatient care at foreign and privately owned hospitals with no deductible. Humphrey International’s partner in the project is Vietnam’s second largest insurer, Bao Minh Insurance. Yanisa is building the data system that will connect Humphrey International’s sales network and customer service organisation with BaoMinh’s customer service and claims management teams. The system will be in English and Vietnamese.
