About the Author:
Rosemary Karshis was born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1928, and she was raised in a strict Irish-Catholic family. Growing up, she was surrounded by children of all races and enjoyed singing, dancing, and playing with everyone. She now resides in Foxboro, Massachusetts.

Karshis believes God bestowed upon her many miracles and blessings. Says the author, "I may be old and handicapped, but if people love one another and help each other keep the faith in God, He's just a prayer away. Whether rich or poor, we all are his children."
