Anapol Schwartz Associates Named Among Top 40 by National Trial Lawyers

Anapol Schwartz attorneys Mike Schafle and Shayna Slater were selected as The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 members for the state of New Jersey. The national law firm is proud to have two more attorneys recognized for their hard work in mass tort and other complex civil litigation.

The elite Top 40 Under 40 group includes distinguished trial lawyers practicing civil plaintiff or criminal defense law who strive to "encompass the knowledge, skill, experience and success held by only the best lawyers in America." Members demonstrate leadership, superior qualifications and trial results as lawyers under age 40.

The Top 40 Under 40 membership is among numerous awards and recognition Schafle and Slater have received throughout their careers as young personal injury lawyers. Schafle was selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Rising Stars by Super Lawyers® every year since 2010, which recognizes the top 2.5 percent of lawyers 40 years old or younger in the state of Pennsylvania. In 2012, Slater was appointed as a Trustee of the Camden County Bar Foundation and as Co-Chair of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice's new Distracted Driving Program.

Selection of Top 40 Under 40 members is based on a multi-phase process that includes peer nominations and third-party research. The organization's mission is to provide a unique networking opportunity for young lawyers " … while developing progressive ideas to pursue justice for those injured by the negligence of others, to educate the public about the importance of access to courts that are free of bias and undue influence, and to protect the right of trial by jury."
