COMPANY HELPS COMMUNITY WHILE LAUNCHING NEW LINE OF “DARE TO WEAR” APPAREL CELEBRATING FEMALE ATTITUDES

Philadelphia, PA – It was not enough for CosmeTees founder, Lee Sequeira (who also runs the popular online boutique, GoodtoBeYou.com) to launch a new line of t-shirts. She wanted to give them purpose, and is doing so with a promise to give back to the community by donating a portion of each sale to the Battered Mothers Resource Fund Inc., a non-profit organization for battered women with children.

CosmeTees is a new, upscale t-shirt line that celebrates female attitudes and milestones. Sequeira was inspired to create something fun and unique for her customers, and the result is a pretty, yet cheeky line of tees embellished with Swarovski crystals which give the shirts a diamond-like sparkle.

The tees celebrate everything from individuality to female milestones, with bubbly expressions that make a statement. A few of the tees include: Cosmo Girl, Bombshell, Spoiled Rotten, Drama Queen, Cute & Kosher and Desperate Housewife. There are dozens more, including a boutique line for brides, the bridal party and expectant moms.

Additionally, the company has an exciting line of “Dare to Wear” shirts for women who have had cosmetic surgery and wish to celebrate it. “It helps to have a good sense of humor to wear these tees” states Sequeira. For the bold and humorous, shirts include Nipped/Tucked in the USA, I’m Under Construction, I Love the New Me, Work in Progress, Nose Shown Not Actual Size and many others which embrace the process of change and recovery rather than the attempt to conceal it.

Says Sequeira, “The purpose of launching Cosmetees is to make women feel good about themselves. I thought clever sayings paired with quality shirts and beautiful Swarovski crystals were the perfect combination. Most importantly, I wanted the line to support a good cause and to help women who are in a time of crisis.”
