This book contends that America is facing a spiritual crisis. Many people are living a lifestyle of infidelity or engaging in premarital sex. The institution of marriage is mocked by this way of life that the most basic and vital unit of our society-the family-has become brittle. The family stands as a pillar of the community, but no more, not with this new standard of living that most people are carrying on with. The author seeks to help her country of America, and its people, to find its way back to the Lord, to once more be able to bask in God's light. She wants her people to be safe in the knowledge that their actions are according to the will of God.

About the Author:
Mabel Margaritha Paquette is a widow and the mother of seven children. As a youngster, she had to leave school two months into her first year in high school because she had to take care of her sick mother. She did get her GED (general equivalency diploma) eventually. She also received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work.
