Endeavor Wins Over Half Million Contract with the Department of Education

McLean, Va. -— Endeavor Systems, Inc., a premier information security firm, announced today that it was awarded a contract valued over one half-million dollars to assist the Department of Education’s Information Assurance Program.

Under this contract, Endeavor will further the Department’s E-Authentication program, Critical Infrastructure Plan (CIP), and support the Department’s Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). Endeavor has been working on the Security and Privacy program for the Federal Student Aids (FSA), the agency under the Department of Education, since 2004. “The Department of Education takes information security very serious, especially in protecting the privacy of students, and enhancing the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of all Department systems..
