Northshore Process Service Expands in the U.K.

New York, NY., Nov. 18, 2005 The board of directors of Northshore Process Service (NYSE, NASDAQ: NPS) today announced expansion of their process serving and skip tracing network in the United Kingdom Northshore Process Service, the nations second largest process serving and skip tracing firm, today announced expansion of their process serving and skip tracing network in the U.K. Previously it staffed 2,800 private investigators and process servers throughout the United Kingdom for the 2005 fiscal year ending Aug. 31, 2005, up 10.3 percent from a year earlier. Today it announced expansion of their process serving and skip tracing network by adding 1,075 process servers dedicated to rush service.
Northshore Process Service oversees 25,153 process servers and skip tracers in 49 states and Puerto Rico and plans to staff about 2,600 new investigators domestically in fiscal 2006, with a net increase of 2,500 after attrition and retirements. NPS also provides additional services to the legal and litigation support industries and to United Processing, its managed investigative subsidiary, which includes Northshore Agency (an elite counterintelligence unit), Northshore Investigations and NPS International, Inc.
