Jewelry Trunk Show in Frenchtown New Jersey: Amy Kahn Russell at Alchemy with Louisa Melrose Gallery

This incredible trunk show will feature one-of-a-kind pieces incorporating pearls, fossils and carved and faceted semi precious stones will be shown at Alchemy located at 17 Bridge Street, Frenchtown NJ from November 12th to November 30th. The bold impressive collection consists of pins doubling as pendants, necklaces, earrings and bracelets.

A holiday reception will be held on November 19th from 5 to 8pm.

Amy Kahn Russell is a fine arts graduate of Tulane, the artist's personal studies and experience often influence her designs, reflecting on visions from museums or images seen during her extensive travels. The true beauty of the Amy Kahn Russell collection is in the uniqueness and quality of each item. Amy is the forerunner of a naturalistic trend in jewelry. The distinct, unusual elements that comprise every piece make each a timeless work of art, highly prized and desired by many. The sterling collection utilizes minerals, pearls, artifacts, and fossils found worldwide. Many of the rocks and minerals she uses are not only mined just for her, but also cut for her specific design requirements.

Amy has a BFA from Tulane University, and has done postgraduate work at Exeter College of Arts in England, LSU, and the University of Houston. She co-founded a wholesale manufacturing company, Fiddles111; and managed the Fine Jewelry department for Sakowitz and a jewelry outlet in Hong Kong. She resides in Connecticut with her husband Scott and two sons, Joshua and Nicholas.
