PCS and Ferguson Beauregard are now PCS Ferguson

Frederick, CO, October 6, 2012 – The combined PCS and Ferguson Beauregard organization announces that it will now do business as PCS Ferguson. The company will be unveiling its new corporate identity at the Society for Petroleum Engineer's Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition (SPE ATCE) in San Antonio, Texas, October 8-10, 2012.

PCS merged operations with Ferguson Beauregard in April 2012 as part of Dover Corporation's acquisition of PCS. Ferguson Beauregard was acquired by Dover in 1988.

Paul Ferguson and Ernie Beauregard founded Ferguson Beauregard in 1975, leading the development of plunger lift systems. Over the years, the company also acquired industry-leading resources to develop sophisticated well control technology, including its signature Auto-Cycle plunger lift control algorithm.

PCS was founded in 1985 by Jeff Giacomino and Bruce Victor. Also focused on advancing plunger lift technology, PCS holds more patents on plungers, plunger lift controllers and associated equipment than any company or individual. Through the acquisition of Opti-Flow in 2008, PCS also added gas lift and nitrogen generation to its offerings.

The new PCS Ferguson provides oil and gas producers with a single source for well deliquification and production optimization products. The company offers PCS™ Plunger Lift Equipment, Ferguson Beauregard™ Plunger Lift Equipment, Opti-Flow™ Gas Lift, Nitro2Go™ Nitrogen Generation and its next-generation Well Site SCADA™ Automation Solution, combining the best algorithms and features from both PCS and Ferguson Beauregard legacy systems.
