Wisly Pericles is an Evangelist/Pastor who has spread the words of God for about twenty years not only through preaching but also through writing. He considers himself a reformer. He has advocated for a New World not a 'New World Order' that enhances evil politicians and religious, but a new world that he describes in The World would be better:

Wisly is also a politician who thinks about changing his native country that he loves so much, Haiti; and implores the United States to ponder about its little neighbor.
