Inflow Communications Installs Unified Communications System for SagaCity Media

Inflow Communications, a leading provider of ShoreTel ® VoIP business phone systems, has recently completed the installation of a new ShoreTel Unified Communications System for popular multimedia publisher SagaCity Media. The new IP phone system is now installed in Portland headquarters and Seattle offices, with new installations planned for offices in Park City, Utah and Vail, Colorado.

The new VoIP phone system was installed to help the publisher handle the growing needs of the company as it expands across several western states to support its current 28 magazine publications, and will replace the company's previous PBX phone system which had reached full capacity.

"We support a staff of 150, and had just outgrown our old PBX copper phone system. We were in need of a system that could expand as the company grew," says Jimmy Fecteau, SagaCity Media's Director of Technology for the last four years. "We also wanted a system that was flexible enough to allow our staff easy remote access."

The remote support was crucial for the publisher. As the company continued to expand its staff, a growing number of sales and management team members needed mobile and remote support, as they now split their time across the publishing company's multiple offices.
