Sedona Conference® Hosts 14th Annual Invitation-Only Antitrust Litigation Conference in October at L'Auberge Del Mar

The Sedona Conference® is accepting applications for its 14th Annual Conference on Antitrust Law & Litigation: Strategic & Tactical Considerations in the Trial of an Antitrust Case, to be held Thursday and Friday, October 25-26, 2012, at the L'Auberge Del Mar in Del Mar, California, located just north of San Diego.The conference this year features a stellar faculty of lawyers who have tried antitrust cases in court and before agencies, both to juries and to the bench, and a federal judge who recently presided over one of the government's most important criminal antitrust cases in years. In a series of seven panels, the faculty will discuss the strategic and tactical considerations of trying different kinds of antitrust cases in different contexts.
The conference is designed for senior lawyers and in-house attorneys with experience in complex antitrust litigation and an interest in the adjudicative resolution of antitrust cases. It is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to discuss antitrust litigation strategy and tactics with seasoned professionals in the unique Sedona Conference® dialogue-based collegial atmosphere.
