New York, NY : CHINA FINANCE CENTRE, the newly formed multimedia center dedicated to expanding business ties between China and the United States, has announced the scheduling a special conference series on doing business with China. The first conference, scheduled for Thursday, November 17, will address Mergers and Acquisitions by China Companies. The faculty for the two hour conference will include the following: John O’Shea, President, Westminster Securities Corporation, Timothy J. Keating, President, Keating Investments, LLC, Ms. Lily Li, Chief Operations Officer, American Oriental Bioengineering, Inc., Robert Andrialis, President, Mergent, Thomas Dean, President Murdock Capital. This CFC Conference will address the process and provide detailed analysis of certain well executed and successful merger transactions between US and China companies. Among the topics covered will be structuring of cross border transactions, compliance with new China regulations.
