REP Commercial Negotiates Lease for I Sold It on eBay in Newport Beach, Calif.; Tenant to Open in March 2006

IRVINE, CA – REP Commercial, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Real Estate Partners, Inc., announced today the company negotiated a lease in Newport Beach, CA on behalf of I Sold It on eBay.

I Sold It on eBay of Pasadena, CA signed a five-year lease for 1,193 square feet to locate at Newport North Shopping Center at 1280 Bison Street and MacArthur Boulevard in Newport Beach. The value of the lease could not be disclosed. This is an additional location for I Sold It on eBay, which receives merchandise from customers and lists it for sale on eBay. The new store is slated to open in March 2006.

Thomas Tway, based in REP Commercial’s Irvine office, represented the tenant. The landlord, Irvine Company Retail Properties of Newport Beach, represented itself. Recently, Tway represented I Sold It on eBay in two additional leases; one at Imperial Promenade Shopping Center in Anaheim Hills and the other at Alton Square in Irvine. Both stores are now open. Tway is the exclusive real estate representative for I Sold It on eBay in Orange County and the Inland Empire.
