REP Commercial Negotiates 1,200 SF Lease for Mathnasium Learning Center in Orange, Calif.

IRVINE, CA – REP Commercial, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Real Estate Partners, Inc., announced today the company negotiated a lease in Orange, CA on behalf of the Mathnasium Learning Center, an after school learning center where students pre-K through 12th grade go to boost their math skills.

Mathnasium of Orange signed a five-year lease plus options for 1,200 square feet to locate at 1132 E. Katella Avenue in Orange. The value of the lease could not be disclosed. This is a new franchisee for Mathnasium Learning Center, which is estimated to open later this month at the 62,135-square-foot Merchant Centre.

Thomas Tway, based in REP Commercial’s Irvine office, represented the tenant. The landlord, Ko’s Merchant Centre of Orange, was represented by Shane Gainer of Winnerbaird Real Estate, Inc. of Corona. “This is a highly trafficked location with excellent visibility and signage,” notes Tway.
