Neopost Shortlisted for Two European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards

Neopost Limited, a global leader in document, mail and parcel processing solutions, announced today it has been shortlisted for two European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards.

The European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards delivers an industry-focused event to showcase and celebrate excellence. It represents a unique platform recognising and rewarding organisations delivering exceptional customer service to their customers, be it face-to-face, over the phone or online.
