Cellarbrations, one of Australia's best-known liquor store chains, launched their new website. "We appreciate that our customers are willing to go that extra mile when planning an event, or just mixing a Friday afternoon cocktail for friends," said Fergus Collins, ALM CEO. "So we're really excited about some of the new features of our website."
"We've included an online Party Planner, an extensive Cocktail Library, great information on the types of alcohol available, an easy to use store locator, and a Handy Hints and Tips section."
The Cellarbrations website is designed to inspire the event coordinator in anyone, particularly its new online Party Planner. "We all know that a great event starts with careful planning. Knowing the types and quantities of drinks you will need ensures you don't end up with too much or too little."
Just follow the prompts, and the Party Planner will estimate what types and quantities of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks you might need. You can then choose to 'share' the list with friends or colleagues, making light work of collaborative planning, or simply print and take Party Planner list to your nearest Cellarbrations store.
The Handy Hints and Tips section is a great resource for anyone who wants to know more about how to present, shake or pour the perfect drink.
"If you've ever wanted to know how to muddle a drink or garnish a cocktail, the Cellarbrations' Handy Hints and Tips section has everything you need," explains Scott Marshall, General Manager of Merchandise and Marketing.
"You can learn just what makes a Manhattan so special, or mix a Martini that will have James Bond knocking on your door. Our goal is to have you creating the perfect drink like a professional in no time."
If you want to get really creative, then try our new Cocktail Library. Simply start by choosing the base ingredient you had in mind, then browse through the recipes to find an old favourite, or perhaps something new and exciting. We're sure that you'll find plenty of inspiration!
There's plenty for the wine connoisseur on the new Cellarbrations website as well. As one of the world's largest wine producing nations, Australia offers a huge range of high quality wines. This can make choosing a wine challenging, but also more enjoyable.
"For wine buffs who would like to know more about the ever-growing number of wines available, we've included some interesting facts on the history of wine and the grape varieties used to produce them," explains Scott Marshall. "We've also added information on some of the more recently emerging varieties that are being grown in Australia and other parts of the world."
The Cellarbrations new website also includes a range of information on other types of alcohol, including beer, liqueurs and distilled liquors. "If you want to know the difference between blended or single malt scotch whiskey, how liqueurs are made, or the difference between ale and lager beer, we've packed a lot of information into our 'Types of Alcohol' section as well," said Scott Marshall. "We also explain what ingredients are used to make these time-tested beverages, and provide easy links to where you can find them on our site."
Of course, we've made finding your local Cellarbrations store easier with our Store Locator. Simply type in your location and a map to your nearest store will pop up, as well as the store contact details. You can also click through to your local store's site to view any upcoming events.
The new Cellarbrations website reflects the personalised service that is the retailer's central focus. "We've improved with age, and are proud to have maintained our position as the leading Independent Liquor retailer in Australia," said Fergus Collins. "We are also proud of the work we do within the community, including a five year premier partnership with the Sydney Swans AFL team, exclusive supplier offers, national consumer competitions and the continued development of our retailer rewards programs."
