JumpForward Team is Growing

JumpForward (www.jumpforward.com) would like to announce the addition of three new members to their account management team: Jordan Heighway, Brandon Hoskins, and Matt Casby. In addition to growing the account management team, JumpForward added its eighth in house software engineer Kevin Hillinger to continue and expand on delivering innovative products for the collegiate industry. Jordan will join the team as an account manager for the recruiting solution. As the former Assistant Director of Football Operations at the University of Akron, Jordan was responsible for the organization and coordination of recruiting, advanced travel, and worked as the compliance liaison and technology point man for the football department. Prior to his time at Akron, Jordan spent four years at the University of Minnesota, his alma mater, in various roles recruiting and technology roles with the football program.
Brandon comes to JumpForward after nine years at Liberty University as an undergraduate student, a graduate student, a Director of Operations for the track and field team, and for the last two years as the Compliance Coordinator where he was in charge of many activities including CARA activities, playing and practice seasons, transcript evaluations, and roster management. He joins the JumpForward team as an account manager for the compliance solution.
Matt also joins the team as an account manager for the compliance solution. Prior to JumpForward, Matt was the Compliance Coordinator at Indiana University where he was tasked with responsibilities including rules education and monitoring, CARA, official visits, playing and practice seasons, and camps. Matt received his Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University, and graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2008. Prior to joining the IU staff, he was a compliance intern at Northwestern University, where he is studying for his Master's Degree in Sports Administration.
Kevin joins JumpForward as a very seasoned software engineer. Kevin has over 7 years of web, mobile, and tablet experience. His background includes software development in recruitment and workforce automation solutions. He has been in charge of complex software projects where he led the coding and management of 4 employees. Kevin's approach to software development includes agile and aligns perfectly with JumpForward's approach to driving innovative products within the collegiate industry. Kevin has a degree from Northern Illinois University and is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
