Rick's Custom Fencing & Decking Sponsors Fan Fest at Oregon's Les Schwab Bowl

Hillsboro, OR – Football fans attending Oregon's high school all-star game June 23 won't have to limit themselves to cheering from the stands this year.

Instead, spectators at the Les Schwab Bowl will have the opportunity to head down to the field for the Rick's Custom Fencing & Decking Fan Fest, where they can play interactive games, run obstacle courses and hone their football skills at a variety of stations.

Fan Fest will take place on the east sideline from 3-7 p.m. and is free to anyone with a Les Schwab Bowl game ticket. Highlights of the event will include:

Football tug-of-war. Test your running power against that of a buddy by strapping yourselves to opposite ends of a bungee cord and finding out how much yardage you can gain before the whistle blows.

Obstacle course. Get a taste of what the all-stars go through to reach the end zone by navigating an obstacle course filled with tight squeezes, tackle dummies, tire runs and an 18-foot-tall lineman.

Skill stations. Practice throwing, tackling and kicking mini field goals at stations designed to help you hone your football prowess.

The Les Schwab Bowl, now in its 65th year, pits Oregon's top graduating seniors in one of the most exciting high school football matches of the year. The doors open at 3 p.m., with kickoff at 6 p.m. Tickets cost $12-15 for reserved seats and $6-8 for general admission; ages 3 and under get in free. Proceeds benefit the Oregon Athletic Coaches Association general scholarship fund as well as all of Oregon's 5A and 6A schools.
