PCS Joins Dover and Merges with Ferguson Beauregard

Frederick, CO, May 4, 2012 – Dover Corporation acquired Production Control Services Inc. (PCS) effective April 25, 2012. PCS will join the Norris Production Solutions (NPS) family of companies.

NPS is comprised of several companies focused on oil and natural gas artificial lift solutions. By aligning its four product lines-PCS Plunger Lift, PCS Well Site SCADA, Opti-Flow™ Gas Lift and Nitro2Go™ Nitrogen Generation-with the NPS family of companies, PCS is able to broaden its distribution and better meet the end-to-end artificial lift needs of customers both domestically and abroad.

As PCS joins NPS, it is merging with Ferguson Beauregard (FB), owned by Dover Corporation since 1988. Ferguson Beauregard is a premium provider of plunger lift and well site automation solutions. The company recently introduced its iChem solar powered chemical injection system and iLevel tank level monitoring product.

Over the coming months, PCS and Ferguson Beauregard will be integrating product lines, resources and personnel. To assure minimal disruption to customers, the two companies will continue to deliver products independently and under their respective brands for the time being, but will be managed by a common executive team. Jeff Giacomino, co-founder and former president of PCS, has been named Managing Director of the combined company.
