Los Angeles)—-With raw determination, a keen eye for entertainment and professional journalistic talent, it's not surprising that WDC Media, a public relations agency, has become an industry leader in planting faith based items in the news. WDC Media's public relations and media assignments range from Trinity Broadcasting Network, the world's largest religious network, to author Tommy Tenney. His novel, "Hadassa, One Night with the King," is being produced as a film starring Peter O' Toole and Omar Sharif.
The film chronicles the life of the young Jewish girl, Hadassah, played by newcomer, Tiffany Dupont. Dupont portrays the rags-to-riches heroine who goes on to become the Biblical Esther, the Queen of Persia (400–322 B.C.), who saves the Jewish nation from annihilation at the hands of its arch enemy Haman (played by James Callis; "Helen of Troy,' 2003) while winning the heart of the fiercely handsome King Xerxes, played by Luke Goss, 36 ("Blade II,' 2002; "ZigZag,' 1999). The film is produced by 8X Entertainment (Omega Code), and scheduled for theatrical release on March 25, 2005.
'WDC Media has created a significant niche in a media marketplace that was once closed off to faith-based content providers,' says the firms Director, Susan Zahn. "We're like pit-bulls set loose on a higher purpose," relates Zahn.
"Unlike most PR firms that passively rely on press releases," says Grant Swank, WDC's managing editor. "WDC Media succeeds by personally contacting journalists. It goes forth, assertively pursuing our clients' cases."
'Susan Zahn and WDC Media is a PR firm that gets results. She doesn't just go the extra mile for you but she goes many miles beyond, what ever it takes to get your story out there,' states Bob Higley, Vice President ,Cable and Satellite Relations, TBN Networks.
