About The Neighborhood Community Foundation:
Founded in 2010, The Neighborhood Community Foundation is an independent non-profit organization, registered as a 501c3. We were founded in the interest of protecting homeowners and their families from the devastating effects of foreclosure. As untold millions are experiencing foreclosure throughout the country, Florida is one of the states among the hardest hit. At NCF, we believe that every home is worth saving. If we can provide every homeowner with a proper education about foreclosure proceedings and the multiple options they have that may prevent their eviction, then a great purpose has been served.
About David Hicks:
David Hicks has been a member of the Florida Bar Association since 1993. He is a third generation Floridian and grew up in Hillsborough County where he has been in private practice since 1998. Mr. Hicks earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Communications from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University's College of Law.
