QubeGB Recruiting Large Numbers Amid UK Unemployment Crisis

UK unemployment reached a staggering 2.67 million in January of this year. While the economy has forced many businesses to make pay cuts and redundancies, one UK company is in the midst of a massive recruitment campaign.

QubeGB is an engineering and installations solutions provider based in the UK. Servicing commercial and domestic customers, QubeGB is aiming to increase UK coverage to 100% by hiring hundreds of new employees and self-employed contractors in the upcoming months.

Training new hires is one of the main components of the campaign, and QubeGB ensures every employee receives extensive instruction and support to carry out their jobs to the highest standard. QubeGB has developed a Broadband Installation course that ensures each engineer is prepared to complete their City and Guilds Qualifications. QubeGB will also be welcoming Quality Assurance Officers and Managers to the team.

"I'm overwhelmed at the amount of quality talent we're finding through this campaign," says Darren Bunker, Chief Operations Officer at QubeGB. "Many of these individuals have been without employment for months or more, but we're finding that they're highly educated, experienced and dedicated to their new careers at QubeGB."

The recruitment campaign has already been underway for several months, with some applicants finding Qube GB through social media. The field service company utilises sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter to reach a wider variety of applicants.
