Bolingbrook, IL Author Publishes New Children's Book

Wilbur the Elephasaurus' Great Adventure, a new book by Denise Allegretti, has been released by RoseDog Books.

Denise Allegretti wrote Wilbur to help children who struggle with being different. Her own son was bullied and teased, and as a result he no longer wanted to attend school. It is her belief that this book will help children learn to deal with difficult situations. It is a positive book that celebrates diversity and acceptance.

About the Author

Denise Marie Allegretti, mother of seven children and grandmother of six, lives in Bolingbrook, IL. She is devoted to helping adults and children cope with the difficulties of growing up in an age of violence. Allegretti's experiences with her own children and grandchildren led her to write about youth issues.
