ACCESS SERVICES SELECTS DIVERSIFIED TRANSPORTATION, LLC DBA KEOLIS TRANSIT AMERICA AS THE ANTELOPE VALLEY AREA PROVIDER

Los Angeles, California – On Monday, January 23, 2012, the Access Services Board of Directors voted unanimously to award the operation of ADA paratransit services in the Antelope Valley, California area to Keolis Transit America. Beginning May 1, 2012, Keolis Transit America will be responsible for coordinating, dispatching and providing all the ADA paratransit trips that originate in the Antelope Valley service area for this new five year base term contract. Access staff found that "Diversified Transportation offers a blend of ADA paratransit experience, a competent team of professionals, innovative solutions to handle operational challenges, a focus on safety, and the financial resources of a national paratransit provider."
