Body By Leverett Launches 2012 Breast Cancer Fundraising Campaign
January 18, 2012 (PRLEAP.COM) Health News
Phoenix plastic surgeon, Dr. Larry Leverett, is pleased to announce his 2012 fundraising campaign, "Give to the Girlz," which aspires to raise $35,000 for breast cancer charities. "Every day women are diagnosed with breast cancer. We would like to support affected patients and breast cancer research and development organizations continually, not just during Breast Cancer Awareness Month," says Dr. Leverett, the founder and medical director of Body By Leverett.
For every breast augmentation procedure that Dr. Leverett performs, Body By Leverett will donate $250 to a local charity of the patients' choice. Patients may select from the Happily Ever After League, the Coalition of Blacks against Breast Cancer or the Phoenix Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure®.
"Our three charities have helped thousands of women battle breast cancer. The plethora of women affected by breast cancer continues to rise at an alarming rate and we want to do our part to help defeat this epidemic," says Dr. Leverett.
