Cicero William Fairley III is the author of Poetry Cards to Win Your Lady's Heart Back. He was born in Tallahassee, Florida, and stayed there until he was five years old. He moved to California, where he was raised. While being in a different area, Fairley picked up some bad habits that got him into trouble with the law. By being in jail a lot, it occurred to him that women are equal to men. This is Fairley's reason for writing poetry-apologizing for the mistakes he made while being with good ladies.

Fairley says he couldn't live with a woman, but time let him know he couldn't live without a woman. Think about it, men.
