December 23, 2011 (PRLEAP.COM) Health News
Three new AllAboutVision.com quizzes allow site visitors to test their knowledge of important eye health topics in a fun and interactive way. The new quizzes on eye exams, computer vision syndrome and UV light feature updated questions and answers, a new scoring element, and detailed explanations with practical tips.

In the new eye exams quiz, a dozen multiple-choice questions discuss eye exam frequency and what to bring to an exam. The quiz also describes the difference between a vision screening and a comprehensive eye exam, as well as the use of pupil-dilating drops and the functions of common diagnostic instruments.

The updated sunglasses and UV light quiz features 16 true/false questions about ultraviolet light exposure, protecting eyes from the harmful effects of UV radiation, the UV Index, sunlens tints and more.

The computer vision syndrome (CVS) quiz includes symptoms and causes, ways to reduce the risk for CVS in the home and office, and an explanation of how the eye responds to a computer image versus a printed word.

The quizzes can be accessed from the eye exam, sunglasses and CVS section main pages on AllAboutVision.com.
