Triangle Realtor First To Earn Industry Certification
Only NC Realtor With Full-Service Practice Serving 55+ Clients

RALEIGH, N.C. – Cathy Rosebaugh, a residential real estate broker, recently earned the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) credential for completing a comprehensive course through the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. Rosebaugh, who focused her entire career on assisting the aging population, is the first and only North Carolina Realtor to achieve this designation and is among 20 in the entire country.

For clients 55 and older, Rosebaugh provides housing solutions that are distinctive for each client, taking into consideration their individual needs and situation. Some of her services offered include downsizing options, retirement community selection, a network of other senior-focused professionals to assist with the transition, and on-line planning tools.
