REP Commercial Negotiates 2,450 SF Lease for Moveable Cubicle in San Clemente, Calif.; Tenant to open in November 2005

IRVINE, CA – REP Commercial, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Real Estate Partners, Inc., announced today the company negotiated a lease in San Clemente, Calif.

Moveable Cubicle, Inc. of Raleigh, NC signed a three-year lease for 2,450 square feet to locate at 193 La Pata in San Clemente in an 20,500-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building. The value of the lease could not be disclosed. This is an additional location for Moveable Cubicle, which rents portable storage containers. Moveable Cubicle is slated to open in November 2005.
