Shoutor Announces Christmas Contest with a Prize Pool of more than 1000 Dollars

Shoutor, the social media platform (shoutor.com), has launched a contest in order to bring the spirit of Christmas a bit earlier this year. Participants will have the opportunity to win up to 600 dollars in Amazon gift card codes.

The contest has 3 separate sections, each with a different challenge and each awarding a 200 dollars prize for the first place, 100 dollars for the second place and 50 dollars for the third place.

To participate, you must create a free account at http://www.shoutor.com/promo/index.html, join the contest groups which keep track of who participates in what section and outsmart the competition. A user can participate in any and all the contest sections.

The 3 sections are as it follows:

Popularity contest – the goal here is to obtain the highest number of friends

Creativity contest – the goal here is to post the most interesting status update or blog post on Shoutor.

Out of the Box contest – the goal here is to come up with an innovative use for one of the many features or set of features available on Shoutor. The participants will also have to detail their "exploits" in a blog post.

The winners of the last 2 sections will be decided by the Shoutor staff, but feedback from the community will be taken into account

There are no restrictions of who can join with the exception of Shoutor staff and their relatives.

This is intended to be a fun and fair contest, so any attempt to game the system in order to obtain an unfair advantage will lead to disqualification.

Entries will be accepted until 22nd December and the winners will be announced on 23rd December.
