Top Rated BuddyTV Guide App Debuts in Android Market on Google TV

SEATTLE - Top rated BuddyTV Guide app is one of the first apps to appear in Android Market on Google TV as a free download. The BuddyTV Guide app, previously only available on the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad, garnered rave reviews from prominent app publications such as AppAdvice:

Google TV users who download the BuddyTV Guide app will be able to quickly find what they want to watch based on their viewing tastes and preferences. The app builds a personalized guide combining the linear programming guide from their cable or pay TV provider as well as Internet sources such as Netflix into one universal guide. Users can also create personalized TV listings based only on channels they favorite and actually watch.

Buddy TV also supports the Enhanced Google TV experience for DISH Network subscribers. DISH Network is the only pay TV company to offer enhanced Google TV integration, enabling customers to search their DVR, order Video On Demand, and schedule recordings from Google TV and easily setup with no IR blasting needed.
