Author Blows Whistle on the Judiciary With New Book: Victimization By Justice

This book illuminates problems caused in the legal system by the judiciary, which renders the system broken beyond repair, and calls for the legislator to reform the system.

This is a unique book in the sense that for the first time ever has an insider blown the whistle on the judiciary, which is unheard until now.

The judiciary is by law immune from prosecution, and thus unaccountable to anyone, for anything and everyone is subject to the jurisdiction of the judiciary, which caused the breakdown of the system and the corruption of the system.

A broken system, by definition, will provide injustice, which is a serious threat for the property, life and liberty of every person in this country, far more, than the threat caused by terrorism.

The author details the effect of the broken system on the life of everyday people, and on the system itself and on the state of mind of the judiciary, who in essence is involved in atrocities and cover-ups of the atrocities. The author presents a dozen of cases and appeals to illustrate the point.

No business could have survived a manufacturing of a product or a service which causes harm to the people and yet this business of injustice goes along almost without any criticism and any blame for the state of the legal system is dumped on the attorneys, which are not independent and are subject to discipline by a corrupt judiciary that protect itself. .

About the author Teddy Moore
The author Teddy Moore was an attorney admitted to the New York Bar and the federal courts in New York, in the last nine years. Most of his work was concentrated in appellate review of state and federal courts, including the US Supreme court.

When the author was asked, what is the most important thing that you want to convey?
He answered: That I was an excellent attorney, who represented efficiently his clients, but was unable to make a difference in their life because of the corrupt system.

I did everything possible to rectify the system by the appellate process and by the US Supreme court but found myself, instead, terrorized and victimized by the Judiciary.
