My Journey with God and Cancer, a new book by Tadpole Yawn, has been released by RoseDog Books.

About a month after returning home from her cancer surgery, Tadpole Yawn began to feel that the Lord was leading her to put her experience on paper and to share her testimony for those who might be faced with what she was and still is.

She thought, "Me! I can talk for hours one on one." Yawn never thought she would be in a position to be challenged with writing a book. But for what God has done for her, she was more than ready to listen to him. Yawn thought of the Scripture that says, "If God brings you to it, he will bring you through it."

She began working on this book in June 2009. She assures that what is in this book is from her heart with total humility and thankfulness for the blessings she has seen happen in her life. Nothing fancy, just the truth.

Tadpole Yawn has tried to share what it was like when she heard those words, "You have cancer." She shares how she has been able to deal with it on a daily basis.

Yawn thanks all of her family and church friends, who sent prayers up on her behalf. She can feel their prayers. She can truly feel His loving arms around her shoulders as a way to let her know that He was and is taking care of her.

If you ever have a strong feeling that God wants you to do something, you might as well go on and get it done. You will feel so good. You will know for sure it was something He wanted you to do.
