Wilson Commercial Real Estate Participates in $42.3 Million in Retail Property Sales in Southern California and Oklahoma.

LOS ANGELES, CA – Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles, Calif., the largest Landlord representative brokerage firm representing institutional and professional retail property owners on an exclusive basis in the Southern California marketplace, participated in $42.3 million in retail property sales in Southern California and Oklahoma. In San Diego, Sperry Van Ness in partnership with Wilson Commercial Real Estate represented the seller of Clairemont Village, a 127,000-square-foot shopping center located at 3005 Clairemont Drive. The purchase price was approximately $29 million. The buyer, Essel Enterprises, LLC, was represented by Retail Properties Group of La Jolla, CA. The seller was Shooshani Developers of Beverly Hills. The property is anchored by Keils and RiteAid.
In Huntington Park, Grubb & Ellis, in partnership with Wilson Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller of a 2,814-square-foot retail pad building located at the southwest corner of Slauson and State. The purchase price was approximately $2.2 million. The buyer, Whitten Properties, LLC, was represented by BKR Investment Company. The seller was UG Properties of San Francisco. The retail pad includes Starbucks and Subway and is located adjacent to Home Depot (not a part).
In Oklahoma, Wilson Commercial Real Estate, in partnership with CB Richard Ellis’ Sam Alison, negotiated the sale of two retail properties on behalf of seller, The Uhlmann Offices, Inc. of Sherman Oaks, CA. Regency Square, an 110,000-square-foot shopping center located at the northwest corner of NW 52nd Street and US Highway 62 in the City of Lawton was sold for $1.9 million. The buyer, a private investor based in Wichita Falls, Texas, represented himself in the transaction. Regency Square is anchored by Atwoods. In the City of Ada, North Hills Centre, a 190,000-square-foot shopping center located along Lonnie Abbot Boulevard, was sold for $8.1 million. The buyer, Trademark Property Company of Ft. Worth, TX, represented itself in the transactions. North Hills Centre is anchored by JC Penney, Hastings Superstore, Goody’s and Dollar General.
