The Mystic SK8 Cup will bring an impressive line-up of expert skateboarders to Prague for a high-stakes competition.

With $30,000 (£18,750) up for grabs, participants will be keen to impress the judges when they hit the vert ramp and street course at the Mystic Skatepark.

The event takes place from July 15th to 17th and forms part of the World Cup Skateboarding series, which sees pros from across the world pull out their best new tricks to get the crowd going and take the points.

But it is not all about extreme sports, with a programme of live music, DJs and cultural activities organised alongside the tournament.

For spectators, three-day passes cost 550 koruna (£20.10) in advance or 650 koruna on the day.

Single-day tickets get gradually more expensive as the tournament wears on, with a Friday entrance costing 150 koruna in advance or 200 on the day. Admission for the Sunday is priced at 500 koruna and 550 koruna respectively.

To get to the Mystic Skatepark by Metro, take line C to Vltavska, or lines B or C to Florenc.

The action begins at 15:00 local time on Friday and 14:00 at the weekend.
