A LOCAL BUSINESS IS EXPANDING IN ARLINGTON, TEXAS

Arlington, TX- Lincoln Court Shopping Center is pleased to announce that Allstate Insurance will be joining the shopping center's tenant roster. Allstate specializes in the sale of automobile and home insurance. Allstate has leased a 1,650 square foot office space within Lincoln Court. Amy Pjetrovic and Tonya Hagood of Venture Commercial represented Lincoln Court in lease negotiations.

Lincoln Court is a 118,559 square foot community shopping center located on Little Road where I-20 and Hwy 287 meet in Arlington, TX. Lincoln Court is anchored by one of the most successful LA Fitness gyms in the DFW area as well as a newly opened QuikTrip gas station/convenience store. Lincoln Court is comprised of a wide variety of thriving retail, dining, medical and service-oriented tenants. The shopping center was recently remodeled including new parking lot lights, new paint and colorful new awnings.

As a result of the improvements, Lincoln Court is experiencing tremendous leasing activity with several new restaurants and retail stores recently opening in the center. Within the last several months, Lincoln Court has leased approximately 17,132 sq ft and is in the negotiation stage on several suites.
