Updated Snowbound RasterMaster SDK (Version 18.0) adds Dozens of Code Samples for Visual Studio and Silverlight to Speed Development Tasks

(May 25, 2011) - Snowbound Software, the market leader in document viewing and conversion solutions, is pleased to announce the release of the latest version of RasterMaster Imaging and Conversion SDK (software developer toolkit) for the Windows.NET platform, adding dozens of sample projects in C# and Visual Basic for Visual Studio 2010 and Visual Studio 2008, including one for Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)/Silverlight.

Snowbound's latest release (18.0) of RasterMaster for .NET is a true 64-bit application (also available in 32-bit form), taking full advantage of the latest processor and OS technology to efficiently handle large files, access more memory for optimum performance, and process 32-bit and 64-bit data. In addition to the samples that run with Visual Studio 2010 and 2008, this latest .NET release features support for Microsoft PowerPoint 2007-2010 (pptx) formats, and easy installation in a wide variety of .NET environments.

Snowbound's SDKs are available for a variety of platform integrations including Windows (.NET, DLL and ActiveX), Java and UNIX. Comprehensive code libraries are provided along with extensive format support (embedded within), to enable developers to create and integrate document/image conversion and viewing functionality into existing enterprise applications and workflow environments such as Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems, Business Process Automation and other solutions designed to manage the document lifecycle.
