Joshua Keller joins Benefit Software as Online Services Project Manager

Benefit Software Inc., a leading provider of employee benefits enrollment and communication solutions, is pleased to announce the addition of Joshua Keller to the Online Services Division as a Project Manager.

Mr. Keller will be responsible for applying best practices to the implementation and administration of benefits enrollment and communication Websites for BSI's Fringe Facts® Online clients.

Josh offers diverse professional experience gained in non-profit, public and private sector business operations, and brings strategic planning skills developed through consultation for many independent entrepreneurial ventures. After completing his time as a US Army medic, he continued to build practical experience in project and program management in the following roles:

Streamlining operations for a manufacturing company in the design industry to include optimization of data entry practices, human resource and benefit administration strategy, design of copy and creative for marketing campaigns (both online/ digital and conventional/ printed), and dynamic supply chain management.

Create, manage, and deliver training material designed to meet the goals set by local government Human Resources administration to address ongoing personnel problems and budget issues associated with current economic difficulties.

Independent consulting for businesses along a full range of organizational development, enterprise resource planning and budgeting, customer relationship management, human capital strategy, and graphic design.

Startup of a community-based vocational and educational program designed for individuals requiring assistance with medical, physical and psychological needs, to include creating materials for training, policies and procedures, and communication guidelines for staff and families.

After earning his bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston, Josh received his MBA in healthcare management, and is in the final stages for his doctorate in business. Josh, his wife and young daughters volunteer for several programs throughout Santa Barbara County, while still managing to find time for family activities such as swimming, biking and music.
