REP Commercial Negotiates 2,213 SF Lease for New French Restaurant at Palisades Plaza in San Clemente, Calif.

IRVINE, CA – REP Commercial, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Real Estate Partners, Inc., announced today the company negotiated a lease at the Palisades Plaza in San Clemente, Calif. for a new French restaurant and Tappas bar.

Sidhoum Kennedy and Thiery Vergnault of San Clemente signed a five-year lease for 2,213 square feet to locate at Palisades Plaza at 376-378 Camino de Estrella. The value of the lease could not be disclosed. The new restaurant is slated to open in early November 2005. This is their first location.

Palisades Plaza is an approximate 17,500-square-foot strip retail center that includes Kultured Kitchen (offering yogurt, sandwiches and salads), a bakery, a chiropractor, skin care and a mortgage company.

Evelyn Nash and John Moss, based in REP Commercial’s Irvine office, represented the landlord, KERAV, LLC of Mission Viejo, Calif. Frank Wilson of Commercial Real Estate Network of Laguna Hills, Calif. represented the tenant. “This is a great restaurant location and will be a wonderful amenity to the center and the community,” says Evelyn Nash. “Additionally, there are still two remaining spaces available at the center – 1,012 square feet and 1,182 square feet.” REP Commercial is the exclusive leasing agent for Palisades Plaza.
