(Los Angeles)Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), the world's largest Religious Network and America's most watched Faith Channel, kicked off its bi-annual PRAISE-A-THON on Monday, November 1. "Our first night exceeded all our expectations,' exclaims Paul Crouch Jr., eldest son of the network's founders, Jan and Paul Crouch. "Thousands called in with prayer requests, words of encouragement for my mom and dad, and to offer their support pledges to keep the Gospel being preached around the world,' Crouch reports.
TBN has pulled out all the stops for this PRAISE-A-THON. "TBN is rolling out a new and exciting format that includes the best-of the-best past PRAISE-A-THONS mixed in with live programming and special speakers,' says Crouch.
"We have featured special PRAISE-A-THON moments in the past on TBN programs, which viewers responded to positively, and we decided this was the year to move forward and transition from a live-only-telethon format and incorporate ‘Best Of' segments into our bi-annual PRAISE-A-THONS,' says Crouch. "The fact that Mom is still recovering from gallbladder surgery also factored into our decision,' declares Crouch.
This week's guests will include Paula White, Jesse Duplantis, Benny Hinn, Juanita Bynum, Rod Parsley, Bishop Clarence McClendon, John Hagee, and others. The network confirmed that Musical ministry guests on PRAISE-A-THON week would include Steve Brock, Mom & Pop Winans, Karen Wheaton, Judy Jacobs, Alvin Slaughter, Vern Jackson, Del Way, and more
"This is one great week of praise and worship that you won't want to miss,' says Crouch.
