Industry Analysts say Instant Messaging usage is growing at alarming rates. Osterman Research recently reported that fifty-two percent of organizations are using IM for real-world business applications. Users of the Lotus Notes Sametime enterprise instant messaging system can expand its use by deploying the Instant Technologies product set, including:

- Instant IMtegrity allows secure logging and archiving of IBM Lotus Sametime chats to meet compliance requirements.
