New Jersey Plastic Surgeon Dr. Robert Zubowski traveled to Miami to attend the 45th Annual Baker Gordon Educational Symposium. Widely recognized for its excellence in aesthetic surgery education, the symposium took place February 10-12, 2011. The three-day event brought together some of the most accomplished plastic surgeons and faculty in the world to discuss this year's focus: "defining the transformational effects of volume addition in aesthetic surgery." Despite his years of experience, advanced training, outstanding surgical skills and expertise, Dr. Zubowski strongly believes in continuing education and frequently attends plastic and reconstructive surgery meetings both nationally and internationally. He was honored to attend this premier event that allowed him to remain at the forefront of the latest advancements in surgical contouring and volume addition. This new cosmetic surgery concept combines surgical contouring with volume enhancement, allowing plastic surgeons to obtain outstanding aesthetic results that would otherwise not be possible.
The 45th Annual Baker Gordon Educational Symposium was sponsored by the prestigious American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) and the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine in cooperation with Mercy Hospital and endorsed by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
