REIA of Washington hosts Real Estate Investing Expert Lou Brown

The Real Estate Investors Association of Washington welcomes Lou Brown, one of the foremost real estate investors and educators in the nation, to their Seattle area real estate investing club.

Lou has served as past President and designated lifetime member of Georgia REIA, one of the nation's largest real estate investing associations, and founding President of National REIA.

The excellence of Lou Brown as a real estate investing educator extends across all fifty states, Canada and ten foreign countries including Australia and New Zealand. He didn't come from a wealthy family – far from it. Lou was, according to Lou, "a skinny kid from nowhere [with] no real estate background, no contacts and no money to build a multi-million dollar business". He heeded the advice of a family friend to "accumulate property", advice that serves him well to this day.

Over the last 30 + years, Lou has invested in single-family homes, apartments, hotels, developed subdivisions and built and renovated homes and apartments. He has bought and sold in many ways, all giving him a wealth of knowledge to share and a proving ground for the most cutting edge concepts in the real estate investment industry today. Lou is widely known as a creative financing genius with his deal structuring concepts.
