Cathleen joins eMergent Marketing’s web site usability and conversion team as a Customer Experience Manager. Before joining eMergent Marketing, Cathleen was the Senior Consumer Experience Analyst at Insurance.com, where she ran the company’s in-house usability lab and oversaw the online customer experience for all company initiatives.
With over 10 years of experience in the field, Cathleen brings a wealth of experience in quantitative and qualitative research, specializing in usability testing, Web site reviews, competitive assessments, and user research that includes surveys and focus groups.
