Brookfield's Rockrose Earns National Recognition

New homes now being built at Rockrose at The Foothills by Brookfield Homes, and designed by Dahlin Group Architecture Planning, have been recognized as among the best in the nation for design excellence.

The Brookfield Homes San Diego community of single-family detached homes received two awards from the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) as part of its Best in American Living Awards (BALA). Presented Jan. 13 in Orlando during the International Builders Show, Rockrose Plan 3 won a Gold Award, and Rockrose Plan 2 won a Silver Award.

The Best in American Living Awards (BALA) program, 27 years strong, continues to progress, reflecting current and future market trends. According to the NAHB, each year BALA winners redefine the residential building industry through creativity, innovation and imagination.

Rockrose was also named a finalist in four categories at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC) 2010 Gold Nugget Awards, as well as a finalist in the 2010 Building Industry of America (BIA) and Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) of Southern California's joint awards program, the So Cal Awards.
