Excellence in China’s Supply Chain Practices To Be Honored at SupplyChain & Logistics Awards

Shanghai, China – Expected to be the most comprehensive event for supply chain information and solutions available at a single event in China, CHaINA Summit is produced by the China Supply Chain Council (CSCC). This annual congress includes multiple concurrent conferences, trainings and workshops, a mini trade show and the special diner gala ceremony for the China SupplyChain & Logistics Awards.

These Awards have been established to recognize innovative and successful projects in China. Winners will be presented with their awards at a special dinner gala ceremony, in Shanghai, on November 30, 2005. The awards programs include Supply Chain Operational Excellence in China, China's Supply Chain Executive of the Year, Best 3PL Supply Chain Provider, Best Supply Chain Consulting Partner in China and Best IT Supply Chain Solution for China.

As a neutral and independent organization, the China Supply Chain Council ensures that nominations are made in a totally commercial-free and objective environment.

Criteria for selecting winners will be the magnitude, importance and clarity of the benefit to your China operations arising from the project or activity submitted. Those benefits may be quantifiable (e.g. cost savings or reduced lead times), strategic (e.g. a specific supplier performance improvement that helps strategic goals) or indirect (e.g. improved external perception of your firm or more skilled staff whose performance then drives your firm operations in China).
