REP Commercial Negotiates Lease for Self-Serve Laundry Center at Harbor Plaza in Fountain Valley, Calif.

IRVINE, CA – REP Commercial, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Real Estate Partners, Inc., announced today the company negotiated a lease at Harbor Plaza Shopping Center in Fountain Valley, Calif. The center is now 100% leased.

PWS, Inc. of Los Angeles signed a 10-year lease for approximately 2,150 square feet to locate at Harbor Plaza at 16331 Harbor Boulevard and Edinger. The value of the lease could not be disclosed. PWS plans to open a self-service laundry center on December 31, 2005. This is an additional branch location for PWS.

David Morgan, based in REP Commercial’s Irvine office, represented the landlord, UNT ATIA Co. of Santa Ana, in the lease transaction. The tenant represented itself. REP Commercial is the exclusive leasing agent for Harbor Plaza, an approximate 41,340-square-foot neighborhood center.
