New apartment complex in Chennai, India

There are 11 flats located on 4 floors one covered car park for each apartment is provided on the ground floor. The project consists of 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments with floor area of about 1000sft and 1500sft respectively.

The apartment site is situated about ½ KM off Old Mahabalipuram Road in the midst of a residential locality. The 4 ½ grounds for the apartment complex was acquired in January 2005 and construction on the flats commenced in July 2005. The project site is located on Old Mahabalipuram Road, which is the newly developing Information Technology corridor in Chennai. Additionally, Old Mahabalipuram Road is being transformed into a 6-lane highway.
